Reformer Pilates is a full body workout that uses a specialised machine called a reformer, which has a sliding carriage, springs and pulleys to provide resistance.
At Becketts, we proud to be an official affiliated partner of HYROX. We offer specialist coaching and classes designed to help you build real, everyday fitness while preparing you for official HYROX races around the world.
